How our school works

Grades 7 to 10

• In Grade 7 pupils have to choose their second language; the school offers Latin and French.
• In Grade 9 pupils have to choose their second subject; this time they can choose between:
  1. third language ( Latin or French; in Latin you may get a "Latinum" after Grade 11, in French you may get a DELF or DALF )
  2. computer science/ IT
  3. social science
  4. Biology and Chemistry in combination
• Pupils and teachers go on trips which take a couple of days.
• Pupils may graduate from Grade 9 with the lowest diploma; from Grade 10 pupils can leave school and start working, do a job-training or go on with school and study three more years for the final school-leaving examination
• Pupils do a three-week work experience in Grade 10
